Refund policy

We offer a 21-day return policy. If at any point within the first 21 days after you receive The Answer, you can return it in the condition in which it arrived and in its original box. Because of the size and weight of The Answer, we do not offer free return shipping or refunds for any shipping charges paid to receive your machine. Return shipping fees will depend on your chosen carrier.

If you’re not satisfied, simply email us at answers@theanswermovement.com for a Return Authorization Number. Please include your name, date of purchase, order number and the nature of the problem. All returns are subject to a shipping fee.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process from the time received back into inventory.

Limited Warranty

What is covered by our Limited Warranty? The repair or replacement of The Answer when purchased directly from TheAnswerMovement.com. The Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product and applies to the original purchaser. The Answer has a 90-day warranty. In the event The Answer is defective, we will issue a refund or replacement. To initiate this process please send an email to answers@theanswermovement.com

All defective products will be exchanged or refunded. If the item falls under a warranty claim, we will refund shipping charges. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your warranty claim. If you are approved, then a replacement or refund will be process. For refunds a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
